    As a Web Merchandising Coordinator, your ultimate goal will be to optimize the product data, ensuring seamless product discovery and accurate descriptions, specs, and images. This is a high-impact role, and your ability to take the lead, prioritize, and make data-driven decisions will be critical to your success.

    You will ultimately be responsible for enhancing our entire product catalog of over 2 million products and growing. We understand the entire catalog can’t be perfectly managed, so a strong ability to prioritize and stay focused on the most impactful items is key! Your primary responsibility will be overseeing efforts to enhance merchandising in focused towards driving online success.

    Day to day will be spent identifying opportunities to enhance website revenue, visits, AOV or similar metrics but specifically through improvements in the underlying product catalog. This would include:

    ● Identify opportunities and prioritize efforts to improve key product elements on our website.

    ● Enhance product data, descriptions, and photos to maximize customer engagement, revenue and conversion rates.

    ● Determine which products to prioritize based on data analysis and market trends.

    ● Coordinate with marketing to create landing pages and update website content.

    ● Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the availability of high-quality product information.

    ● Track and analyze the overall product offering, ensuring that the most robust product data is available.

    ● Remove obstacles and streamline processes to maximize the number of products sold.

    ● Collaborate with teams such as paid advertising, SEO, and product management to align strategies and initiatives.

    ● Liaise with executives and key stakeholders across multiple teams to drive the achievement of business goals.

    Requirements

    ● 2+ years as an individual contributor or manager of a product data, merchandising or similar product-focused team

    ● 2+ years experience working in eCommerce

    ● Experience using data to analyze, identify, and prioritize opportunities

    ● An innovative, self-starting personality with a history of gaining new skills and using your intuition to improve products

    ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to support internal and external communication

    ● Highly tuned time management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail

    ● Seasoned analytical skills including logic based problem solving and a keen eye for data trends and anomalies. This MUST include a strong proficiency with Excel and standard analytics programs like Google Analytics

    COMPENSATION:

    • The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $75,000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provides direct patient care in office consultations, including assessment, workups, triage, emergency work-ins, and other patient care activities. Position specializes in treating patients with kidney stones and other general urologic conditions.
    • Obtains and documents health history, performs and documents physical exam, and orders and interprets diagnostic tests.
    • Provides counseling to patients regarding diagnosis and expected course of treatment.
    • Collaborates with physician(s) to provide appropriate direct care interventions within scope of practice.
    • Collects, organizes, records, and discusses data as appropriate and uses sound clinical judgment based in best practice standards and evidenced based medicine.
    • Prescribes pharmaceuticals according to patient needs and conducts appropriate patient follow-up & outreach.
    • Ensures timely retrieval of laboratory and ancillary studies and diagnostic consultation reports.
    • Consults with appropriate internal and external staff to make appropriate referrals for acute, chronic and preventive care.
    • Coordinates patient care and visits with appropriate clinical and non-clinical staff.
    • Educates patient and families using pertinent health education materials or programs.
    • Operates within approved scope of practice and standardized procedures.
    • Participates in quality improvement process, policy and procedure review and continuing medical education.
    • Contributes to the overall cleanliness and appearance of personal workspace and department.
    • Maintains all clinical equipment. Evaluates all equipment for damage or maintenance needs and reports when needed.
