Position Summary
This role supports daily e-commerce site operations for a large retail organization, with a focus on maintaining product content, site functionality, and promotional execution. The Digital Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the website is accurate, functional, and optimized for the customer experience.
The position requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role depends on strong communication, organization, and the ability to evaluate and prioritize requests using data and business needs.
Key Duties
- Maintain product detail pages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for customer viewing
- Monitor and perform ongoing quality assurance across site categories to ensure proper functionality
- Execute and validate on-site promotions, including testing prior to launch
- Manage product catalog operations, including publishing, categorization, navigation structure, and hierarchy
- Identify site issues and ensure they are resolved prior to customer impact, following through until completion
- Use various platforms such as content management systems and analytics tools to support daily operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, content, creative, UX, planning, and technical groups
- Support reporting efforts related to weekly and monthly site activations
- Track and support performance metrics including conversion, add-to-cart activity, and sales results
- Prioritize tasks and projects based on data insights and performance metrics
Required Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working within a team-based or professional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across teams and departments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-moving environment
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Comfortable working with technical systems and troubleshooting website-related issues
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with online tools and platforms
- Interest in retail and e-commerce environments
- Understanding of customer experience and visual presentation within a retail setting
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $26.44 to $31.25. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal benchmarks and market data. This role is part of a broader total rewards package.
