About the Role

Tac City Airsoft is looking for a reliable, tech-savvy team member to manage our digital presence and support on-site technology systems. This is a hybrid role combining content management, web updates, and hands-on technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Digital Management

Manage and grow Tac City Airsoft’s YouTube channel

Upload, optimize, and organize video content

Monitor analytics and implement strategies to improve performance

Update and maintain company website through Shopify

Technical Support

Troubleshoot on-site tech issues including:

Internet and network connectivity

Security camera systems using Ubiquiti Protect

Shopify Point-of-Sale (POS) systems

Coordinate with vendors if needed for issue resolution

Qualifications

Experience with YouTube channel management and analytics

Proficiency in Shopify (website + POS systems)

Familiarity with Ubiquiti Protect or similar security camera systems

Strong troubleshooting skills with networks, hardware, and general IT systems

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Video editing experience

Basic networking setup knowledge

Social media growth strategies
