    DigitalPath, Inc. is an expanding Chico-based Internet Company that is dedicated to building a positive workplace as we deliver high speed internet to rural communities. We currently have a Full-time opening for a Technical Customer Support. If you have the qualifying combination of skills and experience, we're looking for, we want to hear from you!

    TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    As a Technical Customer Support, you will assist customers via phone and email with questions regarding their account and service. You will field questions and requests that include processing payments and account change requests, troubleshooting and problem-solving customer concerns, investigating network connectivity issues, and more. Using excellent customer service and critical thinking skills, you will ensure all customers receive an exceptional customer experience with DigitalPath. The position requires availability between the hours of 7am and 8pm, Monday-Friday. You will report to work at the main office in Chico, CA.

    Essential Duties of the Technical Customer Support:

    • Answering calls and responding to emails regarding customer inquiries and concerns.

    • Problem solving and troubleshooting customer or network connectivity issues.

    • Process payment and account change requests.

    • Advise on products and services offered.

    • Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.

    • Ability to retain knowledge of services, hardware, and associated interfaces.

    • Positive and productive attitude with customers and employees.

    • 30+ WPM.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • 1+ year customer service experience.

    • 1+ year technical support experience.

    • Knowledge of desktop and mobile based operating systems.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    This is a full-time non-exempt position. Starting wage is $18- $21 per hour, depending on knowledge, abilities, and skills. All job offers are contingent upon applicant passing a post-offer pre-employment background check, physical, and drug/alcohol screening.
