THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE SOMEONE THAT WILL:
A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service and scheduling/dispatch related position.
Strong computer skills with Office 365 and stand-alone applications such as, Excel, Word, Project, Access and PowerPoint and databases, as well as, Google Docs.
Highly Organized and detail oriented.
Ability to use good judgement in solving problems and make sound decisions.
Capability of communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
Able to communicate in a pleasant manner over the phone using proper grammar.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Competence in understanding, interpreting, and communicating procedures, policies, information, ideas, and instructions.
Demonstrated efficiency prioritizing competing demands and deadlines in a fast – paced environment.
Familiar with the Northern California region.
Valid Driver's License

Starting compensation range is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
