Digital Press Apprentice and Operator | Second Shift | Sharonville, OH

We are seeking skilled Digital Press Apprentices and Operators to join our Digital Print Department. This role is responsible for operating large-format digital presses, including AGFA INCA and/or EFI VUTEK equipment, to produce high-quality printed signs, decals, banners, and related products on a wide variety of paper and synthetic substrates.

Responsibilities:

· Operate digital presses in a safe, accurate, and productive manner

· Set up and run jobs to meet quality standards and production schedules

· Perform daily operator-level maintenance and press checks

· Load and unload various media and finished materials (up to 50 lbs.)

· Inspect printed output to ensure color, registration, and overall quality

· Complete required documentation related to time, materials, and quality control

· Move completed jobs to the next stage of production and maintain a clean, organized work area

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED required

· FOR OPERATOR - 1–3 years of experience operating digital printing equipment preferred (or equivalent experience)

· FOR APPRENTICE - 0-1 years experience

· Operator Only - Experience operating AGFA INCA, EFI VUTEK, or similar large-format digital presses

· Background in wide-format or sign printing environments

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

· Ability to lift large, irregular shaped pieces of cardboard/paper and loading on to machines. Weighing up to 50lbs

· Experience printing on rigid and flexible substrates

· Basic computer skills and comfort working with digital production systems

· Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

· Strong attention to detail and quality standards

· Ability to work with production documentation and job tickets

· Willingness and availability to work overtime as needed

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm, OT as needed

Pay: _ ****Based on experience_

Apprentice - $16-17/hr

Operator - $18-20/hr
