Digital Press Operator – Night Shift (Mon–Thurs, 5 PM – 3:30 AM)
Location: Golden Valley, MN

A well-established manufacturing company in the Minneapolis suburbs is hiring a Digital Press Operator to join its growing production team. This role supports digital printing operations by preparing jobs, operating printers, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Training is available for motivated candidates.

Pay: $21–$26 per hour

Schedule:

• Full-time

• Monday–Thursday

• 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (10-hour shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up digital print jobs

• Follow job instructions and maintain quality control

• Prep materials and operate digital printing equipment

• Assist with workflow, including light assembly and packing

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Able to stand most of the shift and lift 30–40 lbs when needed

• Digital printing experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
