We are an established, busy print shop seeking an experienced Digital Press & Production Operator. This is a fast-paced production role requiring someone who can learn quickly, think ahead, and keep equipment running efficiently throughout the day.

Equipment You’ll Run

Konica Minolta Color Digital Press

Konica Minolta Black & White Digital Press

DTF printers, multi-station heat press, and envelope press (training provided as needed)

Responsibilities

Set up and run digital print jobs accurately and efficiently

Manage multiple jobs per day, not one job at a time

Prioritize work and keep presses running with minimal downtime

Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting

Assist with finishing and other production tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and organized production area

Requirements

Previous print shop experience strongly preferred

Must be a fast learner who can catch on quickly

Ability to work with urgency and meet production deadlines

Comfortable standing, moving, and working hands-on all day

Strong attention to detail while maintaining speed

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
