A locally owned and nationally recognized Printing, Signage, Marketing and Fulfillment Services company in the Newark, Delaware area is looking for a Digital Print Production Associate.

This is where our Production Team comes in!

You will be responsible for setting up and operating equipment as well as assist in other tasks to do with digital print production and finishing.

Responsibility Overview:

· Complete digital printing and finishing projects utilizing our state-of-the-art digital printing and finishing equipment.

· Follow all quality assurance processes while meeting all customer deadlines.

· Communicate regularly with the Production Team Lead to establish priorities and address issues as they arise.

· Completely understand all job ticket instructions and discuss any concerns or questions with Team Lead before beginning any project.

· Regularly monitor jobs in progress for quality control.

· Keep equipment clean, maintained, and operable.

· Maintain shop order and cleanliness.

Skills we are looking for:

· Digital print shop experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person.

· A willingness to be proactive and take action.

· Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

· Team player that can work with others to deliver a project on time.
