**Digital Print & Sign Production Operator **

A &E Printing is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Large Format Operator to join our growing production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality signs, banners, decals, and graphics using state-of-the-art wide-format printers and finishing equipment. If you enjoy fast-paced, creative work and take pride in doing things right, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and run wide-format printers (e.g., HP Latex, HP Page-Wide, GFP Laminator)
• Trim, mount, laminate, and finish printed graphics
• Review files, prep artwork, and ensure jobs meet spec
• Perform routine maintenance and help keep the shop clean and organized
• Collaborate with our design and CSR teams to ensure a smooth workflow
• Pitch in on installs or prep work as needed
• Track material usage and job details for billing

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Experience with wide-format printing (1+ year preferred)
• Familiarity with RIP software (ONYX, SAi, Fiery) and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with cut vinyl, window graphics, or finishing
• Interest in learning additional roles within our production team
• Comfort with basic troubleshooting or color management

Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
