California Live is NBC’s live, daily lifestyle show serving audiences across Los Angeles, the Bay Area, and San Diego. The show celebrates the people, places, food, culture, and stories that define California, delivering engaging, service-driven, and entertaining content across broadcast, digital, streaming, and social platforms.
Role Overview
California Live is seeking a Digital Producer to oversee and execute the show’s social and digital strategy across platforms. This role is responsible for driving audience growth, engagement, and brand consistency for California Live in all three markets, while supporting the live broadcast with smart, timely, and platform-appropriate digital storytelling.
The Digital Producer is a hands-on content creator and editor with strong news and lifestyle judgment, deep understanding of social and digital platforms, and the ability to lead day-to-day digital execution while collaborating closely with show producers, talent, marketing, and station teams.
This role requires a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, live-TV environment and understands how to translate on-air moments into high-performing digital content in real time.

Required On-Site : This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000
