    Job Description

    The Digital Production Associate is responsible for supporting the production and management of digital content across various platforms. This role involves assisting with the creation, editing, and deployment of digital materials, ensuring all content meets quality standards and is delivered on time. The associate will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and IT departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation & Management:

    • Assist in creating, editing, and formatting digital content, including web pages, social media posts, email campaigns, and multimedia assets.
    • Ensure digital content is optimized for performance across various devices and platforms.
    • Support the development of graphics, animations, and videos as needed.

    Project Coordination:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and workflow for digital projects.
    • Track and report on the status of ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Assist with quality control and testing to ensure digital assets meet the required standards.

    Digital Platform Management:

    • Assist with uploading, organizing, and maintaining content on digital platforms, such as websites, content management systems (CMS), and social media channels. Must have experience with Shopify.
    • Monitor digital content performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

    Technical Support:

    • Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to digital content, such as website discrepancies, broken links, or display issues.
    • Assist with system updates and platform enhancements to ensure the smooth functioning of digital channels.

    Content Analytics & Reporting:

    • Support the collection and analysis of digital content performance data.
    • Assist in generating reports on engagement metrics, audience behavior, and content effectiveness.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and other departments to ensure digital projects are completed efficiently.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the digital production process.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 1-2 years of experience in digital content production or a related field.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital analytics tools.
    • Basic proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with HTML, CSS, and web development basics.
    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Additional Information

    Working Conditions:

    • Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
    • Hybrid or remote working options may be available, depending on the company’s policies.
