    Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee owned company, is looking for a research analyst with intelligence community experience or an all-source intelligence analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage excellent information management, communication, writing, and data analysis skills to provide cutting edge analysis to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. 

     

    The candidate selected will learn, maintain, and apply knowledge of military/industrial organizations involved in weapons design, development, and production for assigned geographic portfolios.  This position will require the person selected to apply an understanding of IC analytic tradecraft and work in a team environment to support customer requirements. The qualified candidate will demonstrate proficiency in multi-source analysis using classified and unclassified research tools and methods.

    Required Skills

    • Active TS/SCI clearance
    • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field

    Required Experience

    • 1-3 years of relevant experience supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community.
    • Experience and proficiency using classified and unclassified research techniques
    • Knowledge of foreign fixed wing manned and unmanned platforms
    • Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis

     

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Knowledge of intelligence community tradecraft and standards
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to conduct analysis on aircraft systems, subsystems and configurations
    • Ability to support analysis across several technical disciplines
    • Knowledge of foreign systems as well as their associated users and usage
    • All-source research and analysis of intelligence data
