    Job Description

    The Talent Acquisition Partner is part of the Global People & Places team that provides day-to-day corporate recruiting support to Digital River hiring managers for mid-level/complex positions. In addition this role supports the application tracking system administration, tracking and reporting. The Talent Acquisition Partner performs research to target organizations to provide appropriate candidate prospects for their assigned area(s).
    The Talent Acquisition Partner provides excellent customer service and builds solid working relationships with hiring managers and candidates in order to effectively facilitate the talent acquisition process.

    Drives full cycle recruiting processes for mid-level/complex positions

    • Builds collaborative relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to develop a strategic business partnership between business units supported, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners
    • Works with hiring managers, with general guidance from more senior team members or leaders as needed, to build and develop recruiting strategies, specifically focusing on innovative ways to find top talent
    • Utilizes active candidate pools, their network and leverages direct sourcing techniques to fill positions
    • Proactively recruits by mining resumes, selling career opportunities to potential candidates and networking to attract best in class talent
    • Manages relationships with external recruiting resources as needed
    • Identify potential issues or concerns through understanding of HR Compliance
    • Partner with Centers of Excellence and HRBP to understand affirmative action plans for business lines to develop recruitment strategies with hiring leader to address deficiencies
    • Administer new hire paperwork and offer documents ensuring completeness to facilitate a smooth onboarding process

    Provides Candidates a Positive Interviewing Experience

    • Provide seamless customer service experience to candidate, sell candidate on Digital River role and help close
    • Serve as a brand marketer, attend events and sell Digital River, think of and share creative ways to brand Digital River opportunities
    • Coordinate interviews, scheduling candidates, making sure the interview experience is cohesive
    • Provides a best in class candidate experience with high attention to detail, diligent follow-up, and strong verbal and written communication skills

    Builds on and draws from Networking

    • Attends networking events to build network of resources and candidates
    • Continuously builds network of resources in a variety of ways
    • Uses their network to proactively source for open positions
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required / Minimum:

    • * 2-5 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting; at least one year experience in corporate recruiting versus agency
      
      • 3 years or more working with an Applicant Tracking System
      • Knowledge of industry trends
      • Drive, raw ambition and determination
      • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a matrixed environment
      • Proactive thinker, innovative and flexible in approach
      • Good written/oral communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively both internally and externally
      • Detailed organizational, time management, and negotiation skills

    Preferred:

    • * Certifications in either HR or Recruiting
      
      • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
      • Global recruitment experience
      • Experience working with SmartRecruiters & LinkedIn

    Additional Information
