_ What You'll Do:_

We are seeking a Finance Intern in our Minnetonka, MN office. We are looking for someone who wants hands-on finance experience in a fast-growing global ecommerce company, while utilizing their financial, technical and interpersonal skillsets. You will be responsible for contributing to value-added financial projects, and given exposure to business leaders, various finance teams, mentors, and subject matter experts.

• Analyzing and evaluating P&L results, financial business support, reporting and comprehensive modelling
• Proactive recommendation and implementation of forecasting and reporting process improvements
• Supporting ad hoc projects across the CFO Organization
• Assuming ownership of the existing Excel financial models/tools and driving process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy
• Presenting insights to stakeholders via PowerPoint

Qualifications

Required:

• BA in Accounting or Finance
• Solid understanding of accounting and GAAP principles
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Well-organized and detail orientated
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong PowerPoint skills

Preferred:

• CPA
• MBA program enrollment
