SEM MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for someone to fill the role of a SEARCH MARKETING MANAGER who will be a key member of the Acquisition Marketing Team. He/she will oversee and be the subject matter expert for one of our key acquisition channels such as Paid Search (SEM), Display Advertising, Shopping (PLA), and Facebook.

The Search Marketing Manager will lead strategy and execute online marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition for our printing business. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and process driven.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Spearheading the strategy for large search account(s) in Paid Search and Shopping marketing.
• Drive strategy and identify opportunities to grow and optimize your campaigns.
• Manage the overall budget to deliver revenue goals within budget.
• Execute the strategies for shopping campaigns and text ad campaigns.
• Oversee the bid management platform to adjust strategies or bids on specific keywords as needed.
• Collaborate with technology team/feed vendor to optimize the product feed management.
• Coordinate with merchandising team to align goals and identify opportunities to expand campaigns and product lines offered as well as optimize website experience.
• Conduct ad copy and landing page A/B tests to optimize Quality Score and conversion rates.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing performance regularly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience in Paid Search and Shopping advertising.
• 2 Years of Relevant Experience in an Analyst role.
• Proficient in AdWords and Bing interfaces and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and a results-driven environment.
• Working Knowledge in SQL and/or Tableau preferred.
• Experience in Customer Acquisition and/or Direct Response Marketing preferred.
• A 4-year degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
