    Job Description

    SALES ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

    The main purpose of Account Coordinator is to become an integral part of our Sales and Account management teams. This position reports to our Sales manager and will be dedicated to supporting key accounts assigned to our top-tier Sales Executives.

    The Account Coordinator must have a keen knowledge of printing and our internal ordering system as he or she will partner closely with Sales Executives to develop plans to support the needs of key clients. To be successful in this diverse role, the Account Coordinator must have a high level of English proficiency along with excellent written and oral communication skills. He/she must also possess the confidence to proactively interact with various departments and be able to navigate complex customer requests and support situations.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

    • Daily Review and Follow-Up on Orders in Progress for Sales Executives:
    • Identify “stuck orders” and take action to remove obstacles:
    • Orders on FTLC status
    • Orders on Hold status
    • Orders with partial payments
    • Orders requiring proof/design approval
    • Orders requiring new artwork
    • Check status and follow up on design orders in progress
    • Check status and follow up on Hard Copy Proof requests from assigned accounts
    • Check status and follow up on custom jobs
    • Order & Quote Entry:
    • Convert quotes and enter re-orders
    • Follow up on quotes for Sales Executives

    SALES EXECUTIVE SUPPORT:

    • Provide coverage for assigned accounts when Sales Exec(s) are out of office
    • Check IMS for alerts assigned to Sales Exec and handle in timely fashion
    • Monitor Sales Exec’s phone and inbox for urgent issues
    • Follow up on CS level 3 Promotions/Mailings

    CUSTOMER SUPPORT

    • Manage Problem Tickets and Reprints to successful resolution for assigned accounts
    • Manage special packaging and handling requirements for customers, including bill of lading requirements
    • Fulfill sample requests for assigned accounts
    • Act as a liaison between Customers and CS Ops when necessary

    REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • The potential to grow and advance in the organization, demonstrated by good judgment and decision-making skills, a true bias for action, and the ability to “figure things out”

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong understanding of printing or ability to learn quickly
    • Strong understanding of DRI’s internal ordering system (IMS), or ability to learn quickly
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
