The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Digital Sales Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Digital Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in driving online sales growth within the Grocery and Fresh product categories. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of collaborative and independent working skills, ensuring successful project management to meet business objectives. You’ll play a key role in developing promotional plans, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing product listings for an enhanced online customer experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners is crucial to the success of our campaigns and strategic goals.

You Will:

• Develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns aimed at increasing sales and customer engagement, with guidance from the Digital Sales Manager.
• Independently manage specific projects such as product launches and seasonal promotions, ensuring they are executed accurately and on time.
• Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, providing actionable recommendations based on findings.
• Maintain and optimize online product listings, including refinement of descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams—merchandising, store operations, and e-commerce functional teams—to coordinate product availability and inventory management effectively.
• Monitor customer feedback and preferences to continually improve product offerings and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with external partners to manage third-party platforms, ensuring the timely listing of new products.
• Provide regular reports and updates on key metrics and project outcomes to the Digital Sales Manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Digital Sales Manager or leadership.

You Should Have:

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) and data analysis techniques to generate insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento) and basic principles of SEO preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of grocery products and market trends in the U.S. is preferred.
• A demonstrated passion for learning and a desire to take on increased responsibilities.
• Completion of a college or university degree.
