    Digital Yalo is looking for an experienced Creative Resource Manager who can learn the ins and outs of our talent and become an expert in how they fuel the success of our business.

    The Creative Resource Manager plays a critical role in defining, driving and managing the workflow process with teams across the agency (creative, development, strategy and account management). They are our agency “casting director!"

    Working in partnership with the Creative, Development and Account departments, you will lead creative resourcing for the team, including the development and management of estimates, timelines and burn.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop scopes of work in partnership with account management leads that support long-term relationships, proactively engaging account leads on organic growth expectations and potential resourcing needs.
    • Audit creative team burn in order to monitor workload and ensure accuracy while providing ad hoc solutions and applying learnings to future resourcing needs.
    • Perform both forward-looking and postmortem analysis on staffing allocations and consistently make recommendations on how to optimize creative resourcing and process.
    • Ensure strong foundational set-up for each project including developing estimates, timelines and resources as well as work with cross discipline teams to evolve resourcing, timelines and deliverables as projects (inevitably) shift in nature from time to time.
    • Intimately participate in high priority projects, demonstrating a leadership role from conception through completion spanning cross discipline teams.
    • Manage communications and build bridges across teams eventually demonstrating a strong knowledge of the different facets of the Yalo team.
    • Promote and enforce agency processes, creating workflow optimization across projects and cross discipline operations.
    • Source and manage freelance relationships on an as needed basis, working with Creative leadership, Finance and Freelancers to ensure approvals, set-up and invoicing.


    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 5-7 years in a multidisciplinary agency environment.
    • Client first attitude.
    • A team player.
    • A healthy ‘storm the beach’ attitude.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Firm understanding of Yalo’s product offerings and capabilities. Ability to communicate Yalo’s unique approach and differentiation.
    • Long-term vision, the ability to spot challenges before they appear and proactively provide solutions to minimize project risk.
    • Go with the flow and can sustain a clear, cool head under pressure, especially when the unexpected occurs.
    • Exude confidence and possess a go-getter attitude with zero ego.
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
    • A positive attitude and high emotional intelligence to solve problems. A real problem solver capable of thinking out of the box to move things forward with the best interest of all team members in mind and our clients’ best interest in mind.
    • Experience working with various teams and juggle concurrent work streams.
    • Strong understanding of the creative process for all types and phases of projects.
    • An understanding of technology skills and development.
    • Time management, prioritization and organization are at your core.
    • Diligent, responsible, organized and capable of working across multiple teams simultaneously
    • Must have a degree of understanding around the following types of systems and tools:
