    As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking an Account Coordinator. To be successful in this role, you should have of integrated marketing strategies and the tactics and media that support them You will work closely with the account team to develop a project timeline with work steps based on our client’s contract(s).

    OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

    Client Account Responsibilities

    • Assigns tasks in Yalo’s Project Management System to the appropriate team members based on the direction provided by the client and Senior account team leadership
    • Proactively follows up with resources and team members across all disciplines regarding the deliverables and tasks they were given
    • Supports efforts to create budget or hour reports to share internally and externally
    • Understands deliverables and services needed based on each SOW and takes accountability for the quality and out of the work
    • Reviews all work closely against what is being asked of the Yalo team both from a business objective in addition to the quality and making sure there are no grammatical, spec, or design errors
    • Maintains a healthy working relationship with all parties this individual will be working with
    • Accepts and prioritizes delegated assignments from senior staff
    • Responsible for coordinating and scheduling internal and external Zoom calls or meetings
      • Handles logistics of meeting (i.e. location, agenda, equipment, etc.)
      • Takes notes during calls
      • Sends out recaps with action items
      • Follows up with everyone based on what is owed and from whom
    • Creates client facing status documents to show the progress on all deliverables
    • Is a good steward of the client’s budget and the internal team’s time to spend towards each scope of work

      • Contributes insight, feedback and probing questions during internal meetings.
      • Organization, thoroughness and attention to detail.
      • A healthy ‘storm the beach’ attitude.
      • Ability to generate ideas, for both clients and for Yalo.
    • Client Projects:
      • Supports the development of creative briefs with client’s approval to then kick off internal team members on each new project
      • Ensures work is on-brief and hitting project objectives
      • Responsible for keeping everyone on the team informed of project milestones, delays and client feedback/input that impacts project scope
      • Cross check and proof all deliverables and documentation before sharing with the client to ensure the artwork and information meets the client and Yalo’s expectations in terms of the requirements and quality

    Financial Support

    • Timesheets & Expense Reports
      • Submit timesheets and expense reports on time and accurately
    • Responsible for pulling & maintaining client burn reports, as needed by client
      • Ensure projects are tracking to, or under, estimated time/budget; alert account leader when project exceeds budget.
    • Responsible for receiving and approving vendor invoices as they relate to owned projects
      • Maintain updated internal invoicing schedule for owned projects
      • Ensure Account Leads are informed of all form updates

    Tools & Systems

    • Must comply with and have a degree of understanding around the following types of systems and tools as this Sr. AE would utilize on a regular basis:
