DigitalCM is searching for a Cyber Analyst to join their team of passionate, experienced, and hardworking professionals. We are looking for individuals with high aptitude, work ethic and drive to enhance cybersecurity knowledge. This job position will monitor all networks and client data sources for security threats and breaches. Cybersecurity is an ever-changing field of interest and applicants need to have a strong knowledge of the modern threat landscape.

Requirements/Expectations:

• Provides support and services on the organization's network systems, applications, and solutions to user requirements and needs.
• May work with senior level staff to help identify or mitigate attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures, improve processes and security posture.
• Researches attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures.
• Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn and apply new technologies. Flexible and willing to adapt quickly to project priorities and changes in project scope
• Provide in class technical instruction of cybersecurity topics
• Creation and management of course content and materials as well as training scenario development.
• Maintain accountability of company and/or government inventory.
• Provide technical recommendations and identify deficiencies within training programs
• Actively participate in updating current training material in addition to developing new material for in classroom training and/or computer-based training.
• Actively collaborate with other developers, project managers, and user interface architects to develop applications to the product’s specifications.
• Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn and apply new technologies. Flexible and willing to adapt quickly to project priorities and changes in project scope
• Comply with the provisions of DigitalCM’s Standard Practice Procedures manual and DoD 5220.22-M when handling classified material to include the creation, marking, storing, handling, and destruction of classified material.
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Travel up to 35%

Recommended Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or cyber certifications (CISSP, OSCP, CECI, etc.) in lieu of formal education
• 1-2 years Cyber/IT experience
• Full understanding of IT concepts, systems, and troubleshooting
• Full understanding of networks and underlying technology, including TCP/IP
• Considerable knowledge of cyber security best practices and frameworks.
• Basic knowledge on the Cyber Analytic Intelligence Lifecycle
• Currently have or is able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.

• Must be able to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to hold oneself accountable and have a customer service attitude
