    Job Description

    NATIONAL RETAILER FOR AT&T SEEKING QUALIFIED CANDIDATES

    PRIMARY FOCUS INCLUDES-

    • Maintain previously established relationships with our apartment community partners
    • Stock leasing offices with marketing materials. Flyers, business cards, door hangers
    • Educate Leasing Agents on submitting referrals for move ins and existing tenants
    • Host & sponsor community events for maximum exposure
    • Target existing tenants with branded advertising

    Assist Apartment Community Leasing Consultants and Property Managers with all service inquiries, in real time.

    Consistent communication and reporting with our client, AT&T.

    OPPORTUNITY-

    • A module of MDU's (Apartment Communities) will be provided to you with set routes and schedules for visitation and coordinating events
    • Community visits will be conducted bi-weekly,
    • Residential sales in apartment communities.
    • On site event sales.
    • Total of up to 40 property visits weekly.
    • The Account rep will be provided with the following.
    • Marketing materials. Company flyers, business cards, door hangers.
    • Visitation training, event coordinating and a readily available Corporate Manager
    • Opportunity for future acquisition, self business builder.
    • Direct sales in apartment communities.
    • Base pay guarantee + commissions.

    QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE-

    • Maintaining compliance, Providing feedback and field results via CRM reporting
    • Reliable transportation
    • Sales experience is a must. Face to Face a BIG plus
    • Customer service mindset
    • Well spoken with professional appearance
    • PC/laptop & printer
    • Must be willing to work a specific program and meet company guidelines
