    THEN YOUR DAY TO DAY WOULD INCLUDE:

    • Keeping abreast of pop culture, trends and online conversations that affect our audiences and applications to our brands
    • Tracking the activities of other brands in a category and understanding the creative landscape and effects on client work
    • Creatively and proactively assist the client and internal team in the development of social content strategies, playbooks, influencer recommendations, etc.
    • Work collaboratively with other capabilities, including Data & Analysis, Media, Creative, and Account, to work out solutions and maintain a cohesive social strategy throughout brand and campaign work
    • Assisting in the development of reports alongside internal capability partners to establish metric benchmarks, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to inform day-to-day and long-term client recommendations
    • Being an indispensable source of information, insight, and most of all, inspiration for the social landscape
    • Aiding in the development of industry relevant thought-leadership for both internal and external distribution

    • Becoming a thought-leader on a range of topics as it relates to brands, communications and the digital marketing industry
    • Being a trusted adviser on how brands build communities using a number of different levers
    • Supporting, coaching, mentoring and training a team while maintaining a collaborative environment
    • Selling clients on the value of strategic services to their business, helping them define needs and sharing potential new solutions to grow the business
