Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
The role of the Account Leadership Department – under which the Account Manager position falls – is to drive Moxie’s business forward and to provide alternative ways to innovate against the client’s objectives. The Account Manager supports the Account Director & VP in that mission across multiple segments on a large piece of business.
MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with clients to create and deliver strategy, business rules, and creative briefs for assigned campaigns
Coordinate with Project Managers to have work routed through the creative and tech teams
Consult with discipline leads and collaborate with other CRM, creative, and tech team members to build the best solutions for campaigns and projects
Ensure the timely handoff of deliverables to client
Perform “look-back” analysis on campaigns and programs - monthly, yearly and on an ad-hoc basis
Keep accurate records of campaigns and campaign performance
Accurately QA all deliverables being sent to client or being deployed to market
Create and perform testing and optimization efforts for campaigns to systematically improve overall performance of current and future campaigns
Work with Account Supervisor & Account Director to plan growth of each business segment assigned
Help onboard, train and guide other team members as needed
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
May require minimal overnight travel
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree
YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience – can include brand management, marketing, advertising, account management

Enthusiasts of the brand and category to which they’re assigned
Must be passionate about advertising and the digital space

Ability to communicate complex information in easy-to-understand terms
Some demonstrated experience in crisis and issue management
Skilled in presenting to mid-to-high level clients
Able to actively build and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues
Must be willing to go above and beyond to ensure client’s issues and requests are sufficiently resolved
