DESCRIPTION:

The Financial Analyst position is responsible for assisting in accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly financial reporting and ad hoc reporting supporting Publicis Media Technology, PMX and RDL practices. Candidate will have high proficiency working in a vibrant team environment and the ability to adapt to changes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in month end close, including journal entry and account reconciliation preparation
• Manages accounts receivable and billing tasks
• Creates purchase orders and processes third party and intercompany vendor accounts payable
• Coordinates with global Publicis Groupe agencies to reconcile intercompany discrepancies
• Prepares monthly documentation to support internal control environment
• Responsible for various cost allocations distributed to sister agencies
• Drives continuous process improvement and financial reporting precision
• Collaborates with other finance team members for various projects and analyses

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA, or pursuing CPA, is a plus
• Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience
• High competency level in Microsoft Excel (knowledgeable with common formulas such as SUMIF, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Proficiency in SAP (or large ERP solution) and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) preferred
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
