    Job Description

    The production department is the force that makes creative ideas reality. We transform concepts into fully realized video assets, experiences, and marketing campaigns for every conceivable platform. We strive to elevate the creative content of every project.

    Our Business Affairs Department is in looking for a fast paced and motivated Business Affairs Manager to join our team.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    •  Partner with the  Associate Director (business affairs) and production teams to manage talent and third party rights
    • Issue standard talent contracts and report sessions to talent paymaster
    • Generate agency estimates
    • Generate award documents upon client approval of estimates, including production contracts, insurance declaration, talent agreements, and purchase orders
    • Partner with finance to facilitate invoice approvals and payments and assist in job actualization
    • Review completed commercials and submit final cast lists to talent paymaster for both union and non-union projects
    • Ensure all use is reported to talent paymaster
    • Review all talent payment invoices for accuracy
    • Maintain talent payment files for each commercial/video and maintains talent contracts/release files
    • Assist business managers with estimating talent-related fees
    • Prepare and manage talent residual budgets in conjunction with account and media teams

    WE’RE LOOKING FOR STRONG, IMPACTFUL WORK EXPERIENCE, WHICH TYPICALLY INCLUDES:

    • Four year degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in a business affairs role
    • Knowledge of non-union and SAG-AFTRA talent landscape
    • Creativity and innovative problem solving skills required
    • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-oriented environment with diverse assignments
    • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting
    • Ability to negotiate union and non-union talent
