    Job Description

    The VP, Project Management Officer is meant to understand, define and maintain standards for project management across platform services for a large Pharmaceutical client . They will also manage best practices and standards across Agile teams across adobe platforms, design ecosystems and new AI technologies. The VP, Project Management Officer strives to standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects and staffing models. This role is a subject matter expert in Agile and Modern Omni-Channel Marketing excellence with innovative best practices. The PMO will be the central source of a new client transition and ongoing documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of agile project management and execution. The VP, Project Management Officer is the team’s operations lead, ultimately responsible for settting up, managing and integrating processes within the end to end operating model from marketing strategy, creative design, content set up and compliance through distribution /deployment.

    ** Key Responsibilities**

    Knowledge

    • Owner of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Best Practices [creation of documentation, upkeep, training and ongoing optimizations]
      • Lead & establish Agency/Client process, protocols and ways of working.
      • Implmentation of agile methods, process and protocols.
      • Establish training and onboarding for new and existing employees
    • Go-to resource [internal and external escalation point]
      • Collaborative business partner to team leads (consults with internal capability leads and to supports the set up or evolution of new teams)
      • Driver of quality and efficiencies across all Agile workstreams & deliverables
      • Proactively identifies opportunities & leads change management and governance efforts to optimize processes for resource, time and cost efficiencies
      • Evaluates structure to identify opportunities for improved process consistency and improved deliverable quality
    • Sporadically and when necessary, this role will join an Agile Team’s core meetings (Sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and team time)
      • When necessary for business rationale (i.e. project is going sideways)
      • Lead by example and to understand the full ADT process end to end
      • In order to find efficiencies in ADT process and methods
    • An Agile and Agile Marketing SME (subject matter expert)
      • Stays up to date on Agility solutions for client challenges
      • Monitors and employs best practices
      • Consults on Agile training curriculum and delivers training to new or necessary teams
      • Actively contributes to the development of Agile training modules
    • Responsible for forecasting revenue and resource needs across teams
    • Structures and leads status reviews; leads cross-team post-mortem sessions
    • Understands platforms services, content ecosytems and AI/digital mediums and is a strategic problem solver

    Tactics and Execution

    • Transition large Pharamceautical brands into a center of excellence and set up ways of working for across agency/client teams.

    • Collaborate with capability leads on the creation of process standards

    • Leads teams to develop and manage forecasting and staffing plans

    • Partners with the Business Owner/Client Services Lead to provide appropriate and consistent communication directly to client(s) to clearly manage expectations

    Client Relationship

    • Client-facing lead on issues related to transition, ways of working, training, set up, staffing and project management
    • Demonstrates passion for the brands and our work
    • Skilled communicator with solid written and presentation skills

    ** Education and Experience**

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Agency or digital project experience required
    • Agile/scrum experience and certification required
    • Healthcare experience required
    • Exceptional planning, coordination, management, and communication skills are required
    • Experience with risk management, change management, communications management required

    Additional Information

    Compensation Range: $153,000- $257,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
