    RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABLE FOR: 

    1. Top utility player on the team. You will be known initially as the “Steal thread” that helps connect processes and expectations across all our stakeholders. So will be the wearer of many hats, but brings a strong positive light to the team.

    2. Organized and can accurately delegate tasks to team members as DZ grows client base and internal team members

    3. Assist with developing onboarding materials, goal setting and timelines for client projects across our entire client portfolio

    4. Assist with developing internal operation standard procedures and keeping knowledge base up to date so our growing  team is setup for optimal success

    5. Filters incoming client communication so that team can stay focussed on priorities at hand 

    6. Assist with prioritizing day to day tasks for team

    7. Assist with building reports/aggregating data for presentations

    8. Attending, taking note and then entering action items in our PM system after all meetings

    9. Consult directly with team members and clients in order to clarify project design specifications & requirements as needed

    10. Oversee the creation of collateral materials for our clients to make sure they are on brand and timely within our standard procedures(including: ads, email, websites, landing pages, promotional materials, etc.)

    11. Ability to satisfy client's wishes (within reason) with an efficient turnaround time.

    12. Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay organized

    13. Oversees and makes sure projects are within budget and given time parameters set by team

    14. Ability to take constructive criticism about your work

     

    INITIAL PROJECTS:

    1. Sit and learn - first week. Goal is for your to get an understanding of the way we think through digital problems + why we give the suggestions we do

    2. Help organize all client projects in Asana and keep them updated as incoming client communication comes in

    3. Develop documents and SOPs that can help support the team and our clients now and in the future

    4. Helping fill seats on the ship (hiring support)

    5. Client/campaign research support

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Bachelor’s degree or higher with focus in business, marketing, advertising, design  economics or related field

    • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in customer/account support related field. 

    • Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram various ad placement specifications 

    • Excellent verbal/visual communication skills.

    • Excellent organization and time management skills

    • Self-motivated, proactive, positive, results-oriented approach to work.

    • Candidates must have the mindset of a ROI based digital marketer: Data Driven Decisions with a Creative Output.
