    We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to our marketing efforts. This is a dynamic position that involves a mix of administrative responsibilities, social media management, and sales activities for our used office furniture division.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to manage financial records, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking. • Maintain organized files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing emails. • Create engaging and visually appealing posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to promote our high-end office furniture and attract potential customers. • Monitor social media platforms, respond to inquiries, and engage with our audience to build brand awareness. • Dedicate a portion of your time to actively selling used office furniture, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their furniture needs. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales. • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive pricing and effective marketing campaigns. • Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels, conducting periodic audits, and coordinating with suppliers.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel for financial record management and analysis. • Strong social media skills, with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills. • Sales experience and a customer-oriented mindset are highly desirable. • Knowledge of office furniture products and industry trends is a plus.
