DiMarco & Associates CPAs is hiring a full-time Accountant to join our team.
Our Accounting Team plays an integral part in helping our clients grow and maintain healthy businesses. At DiMarco & Associates, CPAs, we do the little things that make a big difference for our clients. As an Accountant, you’ll be an important part of supporting our clients and keeping their businesses organized and ready for exciting opportunities. Additionally, you’ll assist with handling client questions and requests.
The most important qualities of our team members include a passion for helping and supporting others, strong organizational skills, persistence in task completion, and a love of learning.
This position requires a minimum of 55-hour work weeks for 10 weeks during tax season (Feb - Apr).
You’re good at:
· QuickBooks Desktop & Online versions with high proficiency
· Experience with payroll
· Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
· Financial statement generation and review
· Being results-driven and tenaciously task-oriented
· Helping others and finding solutions
Extra awesome:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
· Prior responsibility for multiple client/entity bookkeeping and reconciliation
· Prior experience within a professional service industry (accounting firm, law firm, medical practice)
· Good taste in music ☺
We’ll offer you competitive pay and benefits:
· $65,000+ based on experience
