Description: DIs Design Department is seeking candidates with 3-7 years experience designing exceptional projects. The position requires demonstrated qualifications and a skill set to contribute to and highly impact a projects successful design solution. We are looking to fill the following positions: 1. A rock star Graphic Designer who isnt afraid to take risks creating amazing 2D graphics for a 3D world 1. Environmental Graphics Designer with way finding experience and an eye for detail 2. An Interior designer who is great at conceptual design, sketching, 3D modeling, rendering, selecting finishes and producing documents in Revit or AutoCad Responsibilities/Functions: Ability to work within a fast-paced, creative environment A desire to research and develop design concepts that provide unique and original solutions to our diverse client base Execute and deliver solutions with speed and quality, keeping the clients needs top of mind Possess spatial and environmental design ability, branding development, story creation and graphic design sensibility Hand sketch, digitally render or illustrate solutions throughout a variety of Design Phases: Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development and Construction Documentation Incorporate Project Leaderships (ECD, CD and/or Lead Designers) direction and feedback into proposed design solutions Exude a Go where needed attitude and outlook Skills//Knowledge: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign proficiency Excellent visual, written and spoken communication skills Quality control of design documents Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong sketching skills, with ability to create quick sketches to sell an idea Strong commitment to design process, including concept generation and ideation High energy level, exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, including analytical problem solving skills Detailed knowledge of signage and wayfinding materials and fabrication techniques, as well as ADA code requirements a plus Construction Documentation and Construction Administration experience a plus Proficiency in Revit, CadTools, and Sketchup (or Max) a plus Knowledge of interior materials and manufacturers a plus Education/Certifications/Experience: Bachelors Degree in Graphic, Interior, Industrial or other Professional Design related Program Professional certifications a plus.
