LOCATION: 177 Caruso Avenue, Glendale, CA 91210 (Americana at Brand)

PAY RATE: Additional $2.00 per hour base pay

BENEFITS:

Reduced Tip-Out - ~30% reduction in tip-out

Table Sections – Expected to have 2-3 training shifts per week with 4 table sections. Managers will prioritize assigning 5 table sections on non-training shifts to Server Trainers.

Pay Raise – Additional $2.00 per hour base pay

JOB PURPOSE:

Server Trainers are responsible for training Servers on the essential skills necessary for the Server position. Server Trainers help to relay new company policies to the Server Department and reinforce adherence to all company policies. Server Trainers provide feedback about the performance of the Servers and advise Manager(s) on scheduling for the department.

Server experience required

Pass Din Tai Fung’s Food Knowledge Test

Pass Din Tai Fung’s Serving Test

Have a thorough understanding of Din Tai Fung’s menu and allergens
