JOB PURPOSE:
Hosts/Hostesses/Greeters are responsible for greeting and hosting guests. Greeters utilize Din Tai Fung’s text message waiting system to check in guests and seat them at the assigned tables in a manner that promotes maximum efficiency and table turnover to ultimately reduce wait times and provide a great experience for the guest.
[Please Note: All Bussers, Cashiers, Greeters, Food Runners, and Setters will be hired with the "Front of House Support Staff" job title and will be responsible for all duties related to these support positions. All Servers and Bartenders will start as "Front of House Support Staff" and will be promoted based on performance.]
