PAY RATE: $140,000.00+

JOB PURPOSE:
The Director of Human Resources leads the Human Resources team in planning, developing, coordinating, implementing, evaluating, and improving human resources policies, programs, and practices while ensuring legal compliance and fostering a work environment and company culture that is consistent with the company’s core values and vision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
At least five (5) years of relevant experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience directing a Human Resources team of a multi-unit restaurant group is required
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
Able to produce and work the following software:
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint)
Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Payroll
Benefits
Time and Attendance
Training
Performance Management
Succession Planning
Reporting and Analytics
Able to implement and work with new technologies
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations required
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
Able to write in a legible fashion simple correspondence
Pass the company’s background check qualifications
Positive and Professional Attitude
Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is a plus but not a requirement
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
