    PAY RATE: $200,000.00 Annual Salary

    JOB PURPOSE:

    The Vice President of Human Resources provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the company and Human Resources team. The Vice President of Human Resources leads the Human Resources team in planning, developing, coordinating, implementing, evaluating, and improving human resources policies, programs, and practices while ensuring legal compliance and fostering a work environment and company culture that is consistent with the company’s core values and vision. The Vice President of Human Resources is also responsible for identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field required

    Master's or law degree highly preferred

    At least ten (10) years of human resource management experience with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience highly preferred

    Experience leading a Human Resources team of a multi-unit restaurant group is required

    SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR certification highly preferred

    Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills

    Able to produce and work the following software:

    Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint)

    Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

    Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    Payroll

    Reporting and Analytics

    Able to implement and work with new technologies

    Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations required

    Strong supervisory and leadership skills

    Pass the company’s background check qualifications

    Positive and Professional Attitude

    Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is a plus but not a requirement

    Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
