    Job Title: HR Assistant

    Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

    Location: Corporate Office - Arcadia, California, Hybrid 2-days in-office

    About the Role:

    Help implement, support, and review all Human Resources department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems. Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.). Ensure compliance with all policies and legal requirements in the HR area. Plan transportation and accommodations for employees in accordance with the company policy. Determine modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations based on SOP. Assist in resolving employees' travel problems.

    Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

    HR Data Analytics and Insights: Support and maintain the raw data correctly in delivering analyses of HR data and identifying trends to contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.

    HR Data Management: Verify the accuracy and completeness of HR data provided and enter into HR information systems, following defined procedures to perform required tasks such as attendance check.

    Employee Relations Case Management: Provide insights and partner with investigators or senior colleagues to resolve basic Employee Relations issues, including topics such as termination, attendance inquiry, and other HR-related concerns.

    Insights and Reporting: Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.

    Policy Development & Implementation: Provide routine support services to others.

    Regulatory and Compliance Management: Ensure regulatory compliance by following the SOPs when processing day-to-day HR tasks, and producing comprehensive regulatory reports occasionally. Review and consolidate the information being reported and make sure it is accurate and timely.

    Document Preparation: Prepare routine letters, including termination packets, no communication letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailed instructions. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office Software.

    Administration: Produce, update and provide best practice support on a wide range of MS documents, databases and other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues.

    Internal Client Relationship Management: Build effective working relationships within the organization and contribute to partnering relationships, delivering high-quality professional services to partners.

    Operational Compliance: Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's HR policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedures.

    Job Requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Level

    1-2 years minimum of experience in Human Resources

    Bilingual in Spanish preferred

    Read, understand, and follow the Employee Handbook and all company policies and procedures

    Google Suite - (Excel, Word, Publisher, Power Point) required

    Highly motivated and able to adapt to change

    Exemplary written and oral communication and organization

    Proper dress policy and non-slip shoes worn at all times
