JOB PURPOSE:
The Human Resources Assistants are the collaborators whose main responsibilities are focused on helping directors and managers with Human Resources-related tasks. Responsibilities include organizing, compiling, and updating company personnel records and documentation, and maintaining current Human Resources databases.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Basic administrative and/or Human Resources experience preferred but not a requirement
Flexible Work Schedule
Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM.
Able to write in a legible fashion simple correspondence
Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and Email
Positive and professional attitude
Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments, and all co-workers in a team
Must be fluent in Spanish
