JOB PURPOSE:

Boba / Side Station Attendants / Packers are responsible for making all drinks in the Boba department, plating all the appetizer items, and packing takeout orders according to Din Tai Fung’s established recipes and SOP’s. Boba / Side Station Attendants / Packers are also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Boba, Side Station, and Packing stations, taking regular inventory and restocking necessary items.
