LOCATION: Remote position until further notice. The Din Tai Fung USA Corporate Office is located in Arcadia, CA.

PAY RATE: $20.00 per hour (Full-Time)

JOB PURPOSE:

The Accounting Assistants are the collaborators whose main responsibilities are focused on helping the team with all accounting-related tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Basic administrative, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or Payroll experience preferred but not a requirement

Flexible Work Schedule

Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM.

Able to write in a legible fashion simple correspondence

Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite and Email

Positive and professional attitude

Strong communication and ability to work cohesively with all levels of management, all departments, and all co-workers in a team

Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is a plus but not a requirement
