We're excited about the opportunity for a full-time Data Warehouse Architect to join our engineering team. Success in this role includes building, testing, deploying, scaling and supporting our data warehouse from data ingestion to presentation in a fast-moving startup environment. This important role will work closely with our data science, analytics, and engineering teams in our mission to accelerate healthcare's transition to the home.
Dina is a leading Chicago-based health-tech company. Our mission is to accelerate healthcare's transition to the home by connecting people, technology, and data to re-imagine care in a home-first model. Our web and mobile applications are the industry's first fully integrated suite for HIPAA-compliant communications including care coordination, transitions, and referrals. All of this is powered by our in-house digital assistant, whose predictive models identify patients showing a high risk for returning to the emergency department or requiring specialized support, optimizing the health and safety of each patient's journey.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing our data warehouse:
- Support current ELT/ETL processes and developing new ones
- Manage & update tables and views from raw to presentation layers
- Analyzing needs to grow and scale our existing solutions:
- Focus on continuous improvement to deliver updates and improvements faster
- Creative solutions to manage both logical and physical aspects of the warehouse as we scale and evolve
- Working collaboratively to identify new uses for data and developing new data models that provide value to our customers and our business
You are:
- Passionate and dedicated to solving complex and challenging problems, working with a sense of urgency, and seeing projects through to completion
- Excited to collaborate with engineers, data scientists, analysts, designers, and product managers to design, build, and deliver our data warehouse and product analytics
- Capable of consistently applying and adhering to design patterns and application architecture

- Self-driven, resourceful, and independent - yet unafraid to ask for help
You have:
- At least 5 years of experience with data warehouse design, build, QA and support
- Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines in production
- A proven ability to recommend improvements and execute on those recommendations
- Worked collaboratively with teams to design logical and physical data requirements
