Dinamico Space is searching for a Satellite Systems Project Manager to support development, production, testing and deployment of a constellation of advanced remote-sensing satellites. The Manager will supervise a diverse team of engineers and technical specialists focused on building client capacity and providing expert technical assistance in support of key project goals. The successful Manager will help assure project success through robust technical planning, budgetary and personnel management, procurement consultancy and a focus on quality assurance. The successful Manager will also be a key resource in strategic planning and satellite technology development that could yield spin-off firms and new ventures.

This position requires a candidate who can work well independently, maintain positive relations with clients and staff from diverse, multi-national backgrounds, and translate complex engineering concepts into business terms. Working-level English language proficiency is required.

Additional Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• At least three years of experience as an engineer or project engineer on a significant satellite or spacecraft program.
• Demonstrated management skills. Must be capable of leading a diverse team and collaborating in a cross-functional organization. Ability to adapt in a dynamically changing environment is also a necessary skill for this position.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as high quality written and oral communication skills.
• Must be willing and available to travel for client and management meetings (~10-20%).
• Successful candidates will have direct experience in manufacturing, production and/or production support of satellite systems.
• M.S. or advanced degrees preferred.
