Job Summary We are seeking a positive, friendly Dining Area Attendant to provide exceptional service to our Brusters Real Ice Cream guests. The Dining Area Attendant will assist guests that are dining at our facility, ensure the dining area is clean and presentable to our guests, and ensure only our ice cream customers are utilizing our dining area. The Dining Area Attendant must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure the seats and tables are clean

Ensure dining area is free of debris and litter

Keep dining area chairs and tables in assigned areas. Assist customers with seating as needed

Ensure only Brusters customers occupy our dining area unless they are a guest of a paying customer.

Qualifications

Friendly and outgoing personality

Able to lift 30 pounds
