    Job Summary (Essential Functions)

    Candidate must possess a strong background in service, be active, visible and engaged with guests as well as dining room and bar staff to ensure management of dining room service in the manner most pleasing to guests. (Willingness to roll up sleeves and assist when needed) Assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of all front of house areas as well as back of house service areas. Supervise and train dining room and bar staff. Manage front of house labor costs within budgetary restraints. Develop and implement programs to increase revenues (repeat business and higher check averages).
