    Job Summary

    As a Dining Room Culinarian, you are the living bridge between the kitchen’s craft and the guest’s experience. You bring culinary moments to life—presenting, preparing, and personalizing dishes with warmth, precision, and flair. Whether crafting a Caesar salad, carving a steak, or finishing a dessert, your role is equal parts performance and hospitality.

    You embody the spirit of the restaurant: translating chef-driven intention into guest-facing delight. You anticipate needs, narrate flavor, and elevate the ordinary into the memorable. Your presence at the table is not just about service—it’s about storytelling, connection, and creating a sense of occasion.

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare customized salads at guests' table with precision and flair

    Describe ingredients, dressings and preparation methods

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart and work area at all times

    Follow all food safety and sanitization procedures in accordance to health regulations

    Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages or quality issues

    Maintain professional appearance and uphold restaurant standards of hospitality

    Qualifications:

    Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (fine dining experience a plus)

    Strong communications skills

    Knowledge of food handling, preparation and safety standards

    Ability to perform in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

    Positive attitude, teamwork and BIG personality
