Responsibilities
Involved in initial interviews for all FOH potential Team Players
Monitors and completes all FOH Training material, scheduling, reviews and testing for new hires
Orders all FOH Training Materials
Maintains all office supply levels- toner, rubber bands, copy paper etc.
With GM, reviews all FOH Players performance levels monthly.
Write FOH schedules for GM approval. Schedules must be complete and to GM’s by Wednesday for following week.
During shift coordinates seating with Host Team for proper rotation and subsequent kitchen flow. Facilitates great ticket times and low stress BOH execution by pacing dining room seating
Monitors table greet times, drink times etc. and coach’s server Team to accomplish Brand standards for guest service.
Visits tables throughout to monitor food quality, drink quality, service levels and overall guest experience. Coach’s accordingly.
Works with MOD to determine when to close server stations as business declines, assigns side work to servers as their stations close and holds Players accountable for completion of assigned duties.
Resolves guest issues according to Shells Brand standards and in accordance with Brand culture.
Takes server cash outs, records cash outs /tips on Shells cash out spreadsheet.
At open, between shifts and at close inspects dining room for set ups, cleanliness, safety issues and resolves all concerns immediately
Complete night cash outs, complete closing night paperwork, make drop deposit drop, count safe secure building and set alarm.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Knowledge of common food safety practices
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
