Meal times are a highlight of our residents' days. Our DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR leads our hospitality-focused meal service with a team of servers. Join our team at College Walk Retirement, a full-service senior living community in Brevard, NC!

FULLTIME - 11 am to 7 pm

Ideal Candidate for DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR:

Prior experience as server or hostess

Excellent customer service

Enjoys seniors

Dependable & trustworthy

Works at fast pace

Prior supervisory experience a plus

How to Serve our Residents as DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR:

Supervises team of servers -- teenagers -- high school & college students

Greets and seats residents and visitors in welcoming manner

Sets-up dining room for each meal

Assigns stations and cleaning / prep work for servers

Works closely with Dining Services Director and back-of-house team
