This role owns the narrative and sequencing of key experiences so what we build is not only understood, but consistently used.

Working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Growth, Lifecycle, GTM, and others, this leader will drive adoption, increase repeat engagement, and translate product improvements into measurable, long-term impact for the business.

    What You’ll Do

    • Define and lead the Value Discovery strategy, shaping how customers discover, adopt, and build lasting habits around our most important capabilities.

    • Build an always-on content strategy that employs trends, cultural moments, and seasonal events to promote new and existing value
    • Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Design, Growth, Lifecycle to align engagement strategy with roadmap priorities and business goals.
    • Embed audience expertise, behavioral insights and adoption data into strategic decision-making to influence product direction.
    • Drive measurable improvements in feature adoption, depth of usage, and multi-tool engagement.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A strategic product marketing leader who drives behavior change-not just awareness.
    • A builder of scalable engagement systems, not one-off campaigns.
    • A strong cross-functional operator who can influence Product, Growth, Lifecycle, Design, and GTM partners and align teams around shared adoption goals.
    • A problem solver with a customer-first approach who translates workflows and user insights into clear, compelling value narratives.
    • A data-driven operator who uses adoption metrics, usage patterns, and experimentation to continuously refine strategy.
    • A leader who can balance long-term critical thinking alongside hands-on execution and operational excellence.
    • A compelling storyteller who can articulate value in a way that drives clarity, urgency, and action internally and externally.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • 10+ years in Product Marketing, Engagement, Lifecycle, or a related field in a subscription-based business, with clear ownership of adoption and engagement metrics.
    • Proven track record of increasing feature adoption, usage depth, retention, or multi-product engagement.
    • Experience building cross-channel engagement strategies (in-product, email, paid, owned).
    • Comfort working closely with Product & Design teams, shaping roadmaps through customer insight, influencing prioritization, and embedding go-to-market thinking into product development.
    • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisions and prioritize investments.
    • Experience building and leading high-performing teams and influencing senior partners.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive clarity and alignment across functions.
    • A passion for modernizing a legacy product with a clear vision for how AI can drive everyday utility, prove ongoing value, and unlock Acrobat’s next phase of growth.
