    Your Career

    We’re looking for an engineering leader who has experience in building and supporting large-scale distributed systems in the cloud to lead our engineering organization for Data and SaaS

    In this role, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams building critical components for the Data Security Platform (DSP), including solutions for incident management, UEBA, and an AI Access platform that allows IT teams to operationalize Shadow IT for AI apps.This role offers an unrivaled opportunity to collaborate with tech leaders across Cloud Delivered Security Service (CDSS) and build skills to influence every aspect of delivering an enterprise-class cloud security service.

    Your Impact

    • Provide engineering and operational leadership to the teams in close partnership with teams across CDSS.
    • Drive a results-oriented culture with a strong focus on execution, disruption, quality, and speed
    • Hands-on technical leader who can guide the team through tough architectural decisions and communicate effectively with customers
    • Be a strong partner with product management, customer success and other engineering teams
    • Ability to hire and retain a world-class and diverse engineering, infrastructure, SRE and security research team
    • Work closely with the product management organization to influence, develop and deliver on roadmaps
    • Recognize process gaps early and able to motivate change to achieve better outcomes
    • Foster innovation in the organization
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Your Experience

    • 15+ years of Engineering experience with BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
    • 10+ years of hands-on technical experience combined with strong management and communication skills
    • Extensive experience on architecture design of large scale data platforms, machine learning, analytics, and data-drive applications
    • Experience in building and managing strong technical teams
    • Proven experience attracting, retaining, and growing top engineering talent across geographically distributed teams
    • Ability to nurture and support a strong operations culture - customer/service focus excellent technology - high quality implementations - self-motivated innovation and problem-solving
    • Can-do attitude on problem-solving, quality and ability to execute
    • Has experience building security products and is well versed with the security landscape
    • Demonstrated ability of establishing and maintaining metrics-based process improvement
    • Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships with those outside of your immediate organization

    Compensation Disclosure

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $0 - $0/YR.
