    At Zirrus, we’re shaking things up in telecom—and Mobile is a huge part of that. We're hiring a commercially minded, digitally fluent marketing leader to take full ownership of the Mobile business.

    From plan design and pricing to sales enablement and new product launches, you’ll be the go-to person behind everything that drives creative omni channel campaigns, subscriber growth and commercial performance. If you have proven experience in driving results and thrive in fast-moving environments, this is your shot.

    This is a high-impact hybrid role ideal for someone ready to step into true ownership and help shape the next wave of wireless growth in the Southeast.

    What You’ll Do

    • Drive the Mobile Growth Plan: Own go-to-market strategy including campaigns, in-store promotions, sales programs, and lifecycle initiatives.
    • Lead Pricing & Plan Strategy: Shape our residential and business mobile service offerings—including plan tiers, device bundles, and seasonal offers that drive value and differentiation.
    • Set the Creative Direction: Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling campaign concepts, messaging, and visuals aligned to brand and business goals.
    • Shape Media Strategy: Guide media planning and channel mix decisions that drive acquisition efficiently across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
    • Elevate Digital Marketing: Leverage your experience to lead digitally driven strategies—from paid media to conversion funnel optimization.
    • Boost Retail Performance: Develop merchandising and planogram strategies for mobile devices and accessories. Create materials that support in-store conversion and frontline selling.
    • Equip the Sales Team: Deliver sales enablement tools and training that help our retail team close more confidently—including talk tracks, FAQs, and objection handling.
    • Unlock New Channels: Identify and test new customer acquisition routes, including eCommerce digital platforms beyond our current store footprint as well as expanding home delivery.
    • Collaborate with Planning and Analytics: Partner with cross functional analysts to glean insights from CRM and customer data to inform future marketing and retention initiatives.
    • Track What Matters: Own the mobile P&L and subscriber KPIs. Use performance data to guide decisions and quickly optimize underperforming efforts.
    • Launch What's Next: Lead rollout of new mobile products and services in partnership with Product, Sales, and Retail teams.
    • Design Incentive Programs: Work with Sales and Finance to shape bonus, spiff, and commission structures that reward smart growth.

    What You Bring / Qualifications **
    **

    • **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - ** preferred!
    • 5-7 years in a marketing management or product leadership role, ideally in telecom, consumer tech, or a similarly competitive space with a strong focus on monthly recurring revenue business models. Demonstrated progression of responsibility and leadership throughout career.
    • Critical thinker with proven experience in go-to-market planning, pricing, digital campaigns, and performance marketing
    • A strong understanding of digital acquisition channels and metrics
    • Experience leading cross-functional campaigns and working closely with sales, product, and finance
    • Familiarity with CRM insights and how to apply them to marketing and retention efforts
    • Comfort managing budgets, timelines, KPIs, and agency or media partners
    • Familiarity with B2B or telecommunications industries.

    Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

    • Primarily an office-based role at Yadkinville Headquarters.
    • Occasional travel to retail locations or events.
    • Requires the ability to work on a computer for extended periods and participate in in-person meetings.
