Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.

Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

Encourage and promote independence through skill-building and social interactions.

Document and report on the progress and needs of clients as required.

Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.

Participate in training and development sessions to enhance care skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Experience in caregiving or direct support roles is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
